Since my working life started(2007) I have worked at jobs that required manual labor. Today I got a desk in an office building. No bell ringing for everything, no asking to use the bathroom, and no dirt. Also better air conditioning, that’s amazing.

I recall my first job at Mc Donalds in high school, we had to ask to go to the bathroom. And we were definitely not allowed to go just any time we wanted. If you for some reason had to go like more than twice during your shift they would get pissed at you. Yes, crap jobs are crap. But live and learn!

I could go for some manual labor. But I definitely don’t want to give up the nice AC. Days where the AC goes out though make me question my life.

Don’t do it. One lady complained it was “cold” in the office after going in a “hot” meeting room. They don't know what hot is.

Working on a high production product line you need someone to take your place or you are royally screwed for the rest of the day and have no clue when you are going home. I've had two jobs like that.

I hate when people complain that its cold. I am always like bitch, put on a coat! It can never be cold enough.

That's the best part about cold. You can always put more layers on. With hot you can only take some more layers off. I still hate winter though.
